The Hall consist of two main areas and has,
externally, a children's play area and a car park
capable of holding some 30 cars off the road.
The Regent Room is a large meeting room, capable of holding
some 50 people seated, on the upper floor which is fully accessible for
the disabled.

There is a room leading from this that has been used as a 6
seat Computer Training room and is available for an exclusive or
non-exclusive long term let if
required.
WiFi Broadband is now available throughout the building at a
cost of £8 per day
The Phoenix Suite consists of a large function room with
stage and some storage for regular hirers, capable of seating
some 180 persons at a function.
It has a large top quality dance floor and is equipped with a fully
licensed bar..
There is a conservatory at the side of the Hall which is often used as
an area for a Buffet which leaves the main Hall clear for the rest of
your function.
The Bar is available for all bookings where we sell popular draft beers
and lagers together with a large selection of wines, spirits, alcopops
and soft drinks.
All drinks have to be sold from the Bar and you are not allowed to bring
in any alcoholic drink to the Hall, however, if you wish to bring in
wines or fortified wines for toasts etc there will be a corkage charge
levied on each bottle brought in. We regret that no beers, spirits or
soft drinks may be brought into the Hall

We also offer Bouncy Castle Parties for your children in the Phoenix
Suite. These are attractively priced and are for 2½ hours but you
can extend this period when you book if you wish to make an afternoon of
it! This will guarantee an afternoon of fun for the kids, but with no
worries for you about bad weather or cold as it is totally indoors.

The stage is medium in size with professional standard lighting
and PA
available for local groups and professional performances
The stage also converts to an additional meeting room by means of on
stage shuttering and is available at all times the Main Hall
is in use but hirers are warned of possible noise intrusions from the
Main Hall.
There is also a meeting room stage right which can either be used
at the same time as the stage meeting room or it can be
joined with the stage to make a larger meeting room. This room has basic
catering facilities.

Catering -
We offer a medium sized fully equipped professional hot kitchen consisting
of two commercial electric cookers, a grill, a commercial microwave, stainless steel preparation surfaces and washing up machine is available for hire
for all functions where preparation on site is required. Hirers and
their caterers will be expected to provide their own chopping boards etc
to comply with current Environmental Health standards.
We also offer the use of the kitchen for cold preparation at a reduced
cost. The use of the Dishwasher is included in this deal

Prospective
hirers and the caterers are welcome to inspect this facility before
booking.
If a function does not require any cooking the kitchen can be hired out
as a cold kitchen - the dishwasher is still available in this
event
Cutlery and crockery are also available for hire.
